chore(deps): 更新 electron/node-gyp 依赖引用方式

- 将 @electron/node-gyp 的 Git 协议引用改为 HTTPS tarball 引用
- 统一依赖源为 GitHub 的代码加载地址
- 避免使用 git+ssh 协议可能带来的权限问题
- 确保依赖版本锁定的一致性
- 提高依赖安装的稳定性和可重复性
