feat: 多语言完善造船厂与研究相关字段

为de、en、es-LA、ko、ru、zh-CN、zh-TW等多语言文件补充和完善造船厂(shipyard)与研究(research)相关字段,包括攻击、防御、装甲、建造成本、总成本、批量计算等,提升界面一致性与本地化体验。同时优化通知弹窗滚动区域样式,增加overflow-y-auto,提升内容自适应性。
