谦君 ba3330c0f3 feat: 优化APK发布流程与更新README下载链接 
CI流程中新增自动删除同名APK资源步骤，避免重复上传导致的422错误。README优化各平台下载链接，采用徽章样式并补充Android端下载入口，Go版本号同步为1.23。
