feat: 优化Dialog内容样式并完善多语言“建造”文案
调整AlertDialogContent与DialogContent的宽度与定位样式,提升弹窗显示效果。多语言文件中buildingsView部分新增“build”字段,完善德语、英语、韩语、俄语、简体中文的“建造”相关文案,提升界面一致性与本地化体验。
